Orders can be done online via our shopping trolley or can be placed via e-mail or by phone.

Orders will be dispatched once all fees have been settled via Payfast or EFT payment and confirmation has been sent. Thereafter, it will take 1-3 working days from order of confirmation (subject to all ordered items being in stock at the time). We will also ensure that we contact our clients immediately via phone or e-mail if orders can’t be fulfilled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods for faults or damage once they have received the items. Should the items not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify VivaGlam Active wear as soon as possible.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are South African sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We offer two delivery options for customers in South Africa: (1) Express Delivery and (2) Standard Delivery (Post). Charges apply to both options.

1.We use Fastway couriers to deliver our goods and will send our client’s tracking numbers to track their parcels once it has left our premises.

Delivery rates vary from R70 to R150 depending on the size and weight of the parcel as well as the area that you reside in.

Deliveries lead times range from overnight deliveries to between 1- 7 working days if your area is considered an outline area.

2. Standard delivery (from R45.00) Post Office:Orders to most main cities of South Africa should arrive within 7 working days, from confirmation email sent by us that your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note that deliveries are only made to street addresses and not to P.O.Box addresses.

If you require international delivery, please contact us via email or phone, numbers provided on the “Contact Us” section to receive additional information on charges applied and terms of delivery, as this varies from country to country.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

* The product ordered being unavailable from stock

* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

* If we suspect any fraudulent activity

Goods and fabrics are subject to stock availability.

VivaGlam Activewear reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Please note we are not VAT registered – hence we do not charge VAT. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown on the invoice.

  • The customer can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective items within 7 days of purchase.
  • All items are subjected to inspection on return.
  • Once we have received the items unwashed and in original unworn condition we will then refund our clients within 7 days.
  • VivaGlam is not responsible for delivery charges and the client will have to cover the risk and cost of returning the item to us.
  • VivaGlam please ensure that you sent the items via registered mail.
  • Please note a replacement item will be subject to stock availability.
  • All items may be returned to: 57 Elderberry drive, Glenhills, 4051, Kwazulu Natal
  • Please also note that items must be returned with the dispatch note you received enclosed.
